Our 14-day return policy allows plenty of time to consider your purchase. That's why you can be sure you made the best decision to purchase your fine jewelry from us at NVK Jewelry. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item* WITHOUT custom engraving in its original condition within 14 days of the order date for a refund or an exchange, minus shipping.
*Customized/special order jewelry pieces are non-returnable/refundable. You may send it in for repairs if the item has a manufacturer's defect. Exchanges must be done within 14 days of the date of shipment.
