If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return your item* WITHOUT custom engraving in its original condition within 14 days of the order date for a refund or an exchange.

*Customized jewelry pieces are non-returnable. You may send it in for repairs if the item has a manufacturer's defect. Exchanges must be done within 14 days of the date of shipment.

Shipped within 3-5 business days after payment is processed. Shipped through UPS, FedEx, or USPS. As soon as item is shipped, a tracking number will be provided. A signature will be required upon delivery.
