14 Day RETURN POLICY

Our 14-day return policy gives you plenty of time to consider your purchase. That's why you can be sure you made the best decision in purchasing your fine jewelry from NVK Jewelry. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return your item* WITHOUT custom engraving in its original condition within 14 days of the order date for a refund or an exchange.

*Customized/special order jewelry pieces are non-returnable/refundable. You may send it in for repairs if the item has a manufacturer's defect. Exchanges must be done within 14 days of the date of shipment.

Shipped within 5-7 business days after payment is received. Shipped through UPS, FedEx, or USPS. As soon as item is shipped, a tracking number will be provided. A signature will be required upon delivery.
