THIS IS A SPECIAL ORDER ITEM*
Our 7-day return policy gives you plenty of time to consider your purchase. That's why you can be sure you made the best decision purchasing your fine jewelry from NVK Jewelry. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return your item* WITHOUT custom engraving in its original condition within 7 days of the order date for a refund or an exchange, shipping charges are non-refundable and a 10% restocking will be deducted from final refund.
*Customized/special order jewelry pieces are non-returnable/refundable. You may send it in for repairs if the item has a manufacturer's defect. Manufacturer's defects must be claimed within 3 days of receiving your item.
Shipping Information
Shipped within 2-5 business days after payment is received. Shipped through UPS, FedEx, or USPS*. As soon as item is shipped, a tracking number will be provided. A signature will be required upon delivery.
*All diamond items and item's valued over $1000 USD will be shipped via FedEx for pick up at the closest location to customer's shipping address. Valid ID matching customer's name must presented at pick up (signature required).
