14 Day RETURN POLICY

Our 14-day return policy gives you plenty of time to consider your purchase. That's why you can be sure you made the best decision in purchasing your fine jewelry from NVK Jewelry. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return your item* WITHOUT custom engraving in its original condition within 14 days of the date item was received for a refund or an exchange. All refunds will be charged a 3% restocking fee and shipping costs will not be refunded.

*Customized jewelry pieces are non-returnable. You may send it in for repairs if the item has a manufacturer's defect. Exchanges must be done within 14 days of the date item was received.

Shipped within 3-5 business days after payment is processed. Shipped through UPS, USPS, or FedEx. A tracking number provided upon shipment with signature is required.
