7 Day RETURN POLICY

Our 7-day return policy gives you plenty of time to consider your purchase. That's why you can be sure you made the best decision in purchasing your fine jewelry from NVK Jewelry. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return your item* WITHOUT custom engraving in its original condition within 7 days of the order date for a refund or an exchange. Shipping fees are non-refundable and a 10% restocking fee will be deducted before a refund is issued. Returns must be unworn, unaltered, and come in original package and must be approved by NVK Jewelry.

*Customized/special order jewelry pieces are non-returnable/refundable. You may send it in for repairs if the item has a manufacturer's defect. Exchanges must be done within 7 days of the date of shipment.

Shipped within 3-5 business days after payment is processed. Shipped through FedEx with tracking and insurance. As soon as item is shipped, a tracking number will be provided. A signature will be required upon delivery.
