If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return your item* WITHOUT custom engraving in its original condition within 7 days of the order date for a refund or an exchange, shipping charges are non-refundable and a 10% restocking will be deducted from final refund.

Shipping Information
Shipped within 2-5 business days after payment is received. Shipped through UPS, FedEx, or USPS. As soon as item is shipped, a tracking number will be provided. A signature will be required upon delivery.
